Things To Do

What to do in El Paredon (and beyond)

El Paredon is a small fishing village boardered by a protective mangrove river on one side and the Pacific ocean on the other. This special location means there is lots to explore – from sea turtles and other wildlife in the mangrove river to the beautiful volcanic beach. The town of El Paredon will give you a glimpse of traditional Guatemalan life, while the hotels and restaurants around our resort are a great place to get a drink at sunset or a great meal. Everything is within easy walking distance. See below for some of our favorite things to do in El Paredon, as well as our recommendations for must see spots in Guatemala.
